Private coaching gives you dedicated space to hear yourself clearly, understand what is shaping your choices, and build the self-trust to move toward what you truly want.
Together, we examine the patterns keeping you in cycles of second-guessing, clarify what matters most to you, and turn greater self-awareness into meaningful decisions and action.
Stop second-guessing yourself and start creating what you truly want.
You have spent years becoming capable, dependable, and successful. But when it comes to your own next move, you may still question what you want, look to others for reassurance, or wait until you feel completely certain.
Through three months of private coaching, you will develop the clarity and self-trust to listen to your own voice, reconnect with your creativity, and move toward a career, business, or life that reflects what matters most to you.

Learn what the coaching experience includes and determine whether it is the right next step for you.
You are smart, capable, and accustomed to being the person others trust. You know how to solve problems, carry responsibility, and deliver when the pressure is high.
But when the decision is personal, you may find yourself overthinking, looking for reassurance, or trying to anticipate how everyone else will respond.
You may know that you want more without knowing exactly what “more” means. Or you may know what you want but keep questioning whether you are ready, qualified, or allowed to pursue it.
Coaching gives you space to step away from the noise, tell yourself the truth, and determine what you want when you are no longer shaping the answer around everyone else.
Private coaching may be right for you if:
You are facing an important career, business, or life decision and cannot stop second-guessing yourself.
You rely on outside reassurance before trusting what you already know.
You have an idea, ambition, or creative pursuit you keep postponing.
You are successful on paper but disconnected from what you genuinely want.
You have spent so much time meeting expectations that you are no longer sure which expectations are your own.
You are tired of waiting to be acknowledged, chosen, or told that you are ready.
You want to reconnect with the creative part of yourself that has been buried beneath responsibility and work.
You are ready to examine your patterns honestly and take meaningful action.
You do not need to know exactly what you want before beginning. Discovering what you want may be part of the work.

Each session is a personalized, client-led conversation focused on what feels most important to your growth and goals.
You may bring a decision, challenge, idea, reaction, or pattern you want to explore. I will ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I notice, and help you examine what may be hiding beneath the first answer.
I will not tell you what to do. I will help you hear your own voice, recognize your choices, and determine what you want to do with what you discover.

Coaching may be right for you if you want something to change and are willing to examine your thoughts, patterns, choices, and responsibilities honestly.
You do not need to have your next move figured out. However, you should be open to reflection, willing to hear a thoughtful challenge, and prepared to take action on what you discover.
Coaching is not the right resource for a mental health crisis, diagnosis, or treatment. In those circumstances, support from a qualified mental health professional may be more appropriate.
-
Yes. I offer a complimentary consultation for prospective clients seriously considering a three-month coaching engagement.
We will discuss what you want to be different, why that change matters now, and what kind of support you are seeking. I will explain my coaching approach and the structure of the engagement so we can determine whether working together makes sense.
This is a consultation rather than a full coaching session.

Coaching Creatives is built for high-achieving women who want space to think honestly, challenge the patterns keeping them stuck, and reconnect with the creative part of themselves that responsibility and achievement may have pushed aside.
Clients choose to work with me because they want a coach who understands both their ambition and the complexity beneath it. They want someone who listens deeply, notices patterns, asks direct questions, and does not impose another definition of success on them.
You receive a personalized coaching relationship grounded in self-awareness, self-trust, creativity, and intentional action. You remain the expert on your life. I help you hear and trust that expertise.

Coaching focuses on your current goals, choices, awareness, and forward movement. Our work may include reflection on past experiences when they influence your present patterns, but coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional and may focus on diagnosis, treatment, healing, trauma, or psychological well-being.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health care. Some clients choose to work with both a coach and a therapist, depending on their needs.

My initial private coaching engagement lasts three months.
This gives us time to move beyond a single decision or conversation, identify recurring patterns, strengthen self-trust, and put new awareness into practice.
At the end of three months, we will reflect on your progress and determine whether you would benefit from continued coaching. There is no expectation that you continue beyond the initial engagement.
-
Yes. Private coaching is available virtually to clients across the United States and internationally where appropriate.
You can participate from wherever you are without needing to be located in Dallas.

The Energy Leadership Index® is an attitudinal assessment that provides insight into how your thoughts, emotions, and reactions influence the way you respond in everyday situations and under stress.
After completing the online assessment, you will participate in a personalized debrief to understand your results and identify how your current patterns may be supporting or limiting your goals.
The assessment can support greater self-awareness, more intentional responses to pressure, and clearer personal and professional decisions. It may be completed independently or incorporated into a private coaching engagement.
You do not need perfect certainty to move forward.
You want enough clarity to choose your next step and enough self-trust to take it.
If you are ready to stop questioning what you already know, reconnect with your creativity, and begin building a career, business, or life that reflects what matters most to you, three-month private coaching may be your next step.
